Registered Manager
Kelly Butler
Kelly Butler is an established Care Manager working in the sector for 23 years. She has a wide range of experience including Domiciliary Care, Learning Disabilities, Nursing and Residential Care settings and a previous experience of assessing for health and social care services.
Kelly holds NVQ Level 5 and retains the registered managers award.
Kelly is passionate about Chestnut Lodge, delivers high standards of care and provides individualised care to all our residents.

Joanne Randall
Joanne is an operations director and has recently joined KR Health and Social Care Group with a medical background.
Joanne has worked within independent health care sectors for over 28 years, working within domiciliary care settings as well as extra care and clinical care. Joanne specializes in CQC regulations and has a proven track record of helping services to drastically improve their CQC ratings.
She is now responsible for the operation side of the area, management of staff, risk and compliance, CQC inspections, profit and loss, recruitment and retention.
Chef Manager
Neil Vidamo
Neil new from a very young age that he had a passion for cooking. In his teenage years he trained at West Kent college successfully completing his City and Guild 761/762 in general catering. Within his 30+ years experience he has gained an immense amount of knowledge in the food industry. Neil worked in France for 2 years as a commis chef, working his way up to become a chef. When he returned to the UK he then went on to complete a directors dining room experience which allowed him to work in various hotels and establishments.
Neil believes that cooking is a real art, if it looks good it will taste good. It doesn't have to be complicated, just good food from fresh ingredients. "Home cooking is what our residents most enjoy and brings back memories, every bite is a taste from home".
